Paddy founded Designer Exchange in June 2012. Paddy brings a massive wealth of experience, with 25+ years in business and retail. He is passionate about authenticity and has received certifications in this field. Paddy’s knowledge on all things luxury and authenticity inspires and educates our entire team.
Katy
Operations Manager
Katy started with Designer Exchange in June 2015. Katy has a wealth of retail and online experience, along with a Diploma in Digital Marketing. Before Katy moved into her role as Operations Manager, she was the Online Manager for 6 years. Katy is passionate about creating a seamless, luxurious flow for both staff and customers.
Natasha
Online Manager
Natasha started with Designer Exchange in October 2017. Natasha has had a long career in retail and customer service. More recently Designer Exchange enrolled Natasha in an Ecommerce Management course with Retail Excellence. Natasha oversees all processes surrounding ecommerce, cyber security and social media and manages a team of five amazing people.
Raissa
Content Manager
Raissa started with Designer Exchange in September 2022. Raissa moved to Ireland in 2019 from Brazil, where she worked as an Account Manager for an Online Advertising Agency. Since moving to Ireland she has completed her Masters Degree in Marketing. Raissas extensive marketing background makes her an ideal fit for her role as Content Manager here at Designer Exchange. Kelly
Online Supervisor
Kelly started with Designer Exchange in November 2020. Since moving from her role as Sales Assistant, Kelly joined the Online Team and more recently became Online Supervisor, as she had an ability to balance the organisation of tasks with her friendly management demeanour. Kelly has completed Microsoft Office course, and recently Designer Exchange enrolled Kelly in an Ecommerce Management course with Retail Excellence.
Jessica
Online Assistant
Jessica started with Designer Exchange in December 2022. Jessica moved to Ireland in 2017 from Brazil, where she worked as a Teacher for 12 years. Since moving to Ireland, she has completed a Diploma Degree in Journalism and Media Studies. Jessica plays a vital role in our Online Department where she looks after multiple tasks including photography, social media and customer service.
Sinead
Buying & Concierge Department Manager
Sinead started with Designer Exchange in May 2021. Sinead was an amazing Store Manager while she completed her Masters Degree in Fashion Buying & Management. Once completed Sinead moved into her current role as Buying & Concierge Department Manager where she moves mountains to get you the bag of your dreams.
Olivia
Buying Assistant
Olivia started with Designer Exchange in June 2022. Olivia is currently studying Fashion Business Management, and has a strong interest in all things fashion especially vintage. Olivia’s natural entrepreneurial side shone through in her interview when speaking about her pre loved Depop page. Olivia is one of the friendly faces that will greet you on our shop floor.
Lauren
Buying Assistant
Lauren started with Designer Exchange in October 2019. Lauren has worked within all departments of our business, including with our Online & Store Team. Her most recent and current role is in our Buying & Concierge Department. Lauren has learnt so much about how the business works and always goes out of her way to meet all customer's needs, while currently studying Business & Spanish in college.
