Retail Sales Assistant (Part Time)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident & personable sales assistant to join our expanding team here in Designer Exchange. We are located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, on Exchequer Street. This is a permanent, part time position with a 3 month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take pride in visual merchandising & store standards
• A complete understanding of Designer Exchange’s product, brand offering and USP’s.
• Provide top quality customer service through knowledge and a great in store experience.
• Strive to deliver on all sales targets & kpi’s
• Maintain a positive and personable attitude towards your colleagues & customers
• Participate in social media content

Requirements:

• Experience in retail is preferred, but not essential. However, the candidate must be passionate about luxury brands and the circular economy.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow store standards.
• A strong passion for customer service and bricks and mortar retail
• Must be on a reliable commuter line to Dublin City Centre
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays & extended hours during busy periods
• Must be comfortable in front of the camera and taking part in content for social media.
