How does it work?

Select the item you are interested in and check out as normal. You can pay a 30% fully refundable deposit using our Lay Buy system online and pay the balance over 3 months. 

You can also contact our Concierge Department to pay a fully refundable 30% Deposit to secure your item. (Contact details here).

We then order the item with our partners. Once availability is confirmed they will ship the item to us. 

We will complete our intensive authentication and condition checks. We will accept/reject the item (If rejected by us, you will receive a full refund).

Once accepted we will invite you to our store to inspect and collect the piece, making this a very pleasant day for you where we will guide you through all of the items features. If rejected by you, you will receive a full refund. (Refund policy on pre-order items here).

You will receive a lifetime guarantee of authenticity by certificate from Designer Exchange Ltd.
